I worked out today at the Y. I exercised in the water doing 50 jumping jacks, marching high knees 100 steps,jump kicks 30, & high leg toe touches 30. About 4-5 reps of the whole routine. Plus a few other steps and stretches. 20 minutes for sure... Read more
