I just started the Couch to 5K Week 2 yesterday. I do the running outside once a week on Saturdays, so we'll see how that goes. So far, doing it on the treadmill seems to be going well.

I started the SparkPeople Bootcamp today. It goes May 4-31. My starting weight for this bootcamp is 205. I hope to be somewhere in the 180's by the time the bootcamp is over.
