Today I did a 45 minute Pilates DVD. It's for beginners (it's called Pilates for Beginners). It's not the sweat-creating, cardio/huff and puff workout I'm used to, but it was very energizing.

Followed up by 15 minutes of Cathe Friedrich abs work. Very tough.
