Day 6, Sunday June 3: I biked on a recumbent bike for 45 minutes on the Interval setting. It was awesome!! I felt wonderful afterwards, really energized and raring to go!

Walked 45 minutes today.
Began feeling toe, ankle, and knee pain, I'm sure from my gained weight...
But I kept going...I just lowered the intensity and kept going all the way to the end.

Today, I did another WATP DVD, Walk and Kick - it has light kickboxing moves interspersed. It was pretty good and got my heart rate up and me sweating!
That was 30 minutes.
I plan on walking at least 15 minutes during lunch today.
