Day 168-Good 3 mile jog
It's a little warm out there today, temps in the 80's. Fortunately, the humidity isn't bad, so I went for a jog. I was able to do 3 miles today in 41 minutes. My miles were: 13:10, 14:15, 13:55. These are pretty normal times for me.
