Day 145-Soccer games
I went to three soccer games today. Stevie's was first, bright an early at 9am. I worked until 12:30am last night, 10.5 hours straight with no break. One of our pharmacists just got back from wintering in Florida, and he's still catching on a... Read more
I kept Bridget home from school today, and she seems to be improving. We are watching all the Barbie movies. So far we've watched: Mariposa and Thumblina. She's keeping down crackers and Poweraid, so I think she's getting better. She'll hop... Read more
Day 143-Lazy day
I felt really tired today. It couldn't be all the running around I've done this week for the family, or the two awesome workouts in a row?
I really took it easy today. I went back to bed after everyone left and stayed there till 10:30. T... Read more
Day 142-Another sunny day
I LOVE getting outside in weather like this. Today I did jogging and weight intervals:
1 mile jog, weights, abs (non-crunch)
I did this three times.
My jogging total time was under 42 minutes. I felt slow today, and it felt pretty ... Read more
Day 141-Five miles
I finally got in over sixty minutes of cardio. Today I did some walking and jogging intervals: 0.25 mile walk/1.25 mile jog/0.25 mile walk/1.25 mile jog/0.25 mile walk/1.5 jog/0.25 mile walk.
That totals 4 miles jogging in 54 minutes and ... Read more
Day 140-Lots of running around
I finally got a workout in today, at 7:30pm. I walked around the track down by the soccer fields. I couldn't find my sweats and was in a hurry, so I decided to walk instead of jogging. I did two miles in under 31 minutes. I feel really good ... Read more

Day 138-Short workout, but my streak is still going
I only had time for a short walk today with hubby. We walked for twelve minutes. I pushed him a little harder and made him walk a little faster, but he couldn't manage my all out walk. He's trying, though, and that makes me happy.
I've d... Read more
Day 137-Back to my old self again!
Although the reboot plan inspired me to make some changes to my permanent diet, I scrapped the vegetarian plan last night. I found myself foggy, exhausted, unable to exercise, and angry all the time. I couldn't take care of my family, and that... Read more
Day 136 of Exercising-Day four no meat
This is also day one of absolutely no caffeine. I'm still in a little of a fog, but not so bad that I feel like I need caffeine.

Day 135- (Day three with no meat)
Just a reminder-I'm doing the "no-meat" thing to support my Hubby. I would really like to add a little meat of some kind, and will add it back (a small amount) down the road.
I didn't sleep well last night, and I tried zero caffeine toda... Read more
Day 134-Four mile walk at MY pace
I've been good at getting Hubby outside for walks the last few days, but he really does slow me down. I was happy to be able to get out on my own today for a four mile walk. I'm still adapting to the new way of eating, so I'm not back to joggi... Read more
Day 133-Down a few pounds
I had to take Mary to the doctor today for her congestion, so I stepped on the scale while I was there. Hubby and I are starting a new eating plan, and I wanted to see where I was at the beginning. I've come down a couple pounds, I'm 174.

Day 132-Happy Easter
I had a very nice Easter Sunday today. It would have been perfect, if my whole family could have been there. Mary (12) woke up with a horrible sore throat and Hubby stayed home with her today. The rest of us went off to 8am Mass. After that ... Read more
