My body is sore again today, and TOM hit, so I forced myself to only walk. I did two miles in 32 minutes. I'm hoping that will get some of the lactic acid build up out of my muscles and give my body a little bit of a break.

Today I decided to swim for my workout. I did 30 minutes including 1000 backstrokes (2x500). I figured my joints could use a break, and I think I'll try to jog tomorrow with the warmer temps. Hopefully, it won't be so windy.

Wow! I'm close to 100!
Today a 30 min swim in the endless pool with 1000 backstrokes and various kicks holding onto the kickbar.

Yesterday I did my standard routine: elliptical, weights, crunches and stretching. It was tough to get through, but I did it.

Today I did three 20 minute Zumba classes on the Xbox. I have to say that I really don't like the expert classes. There is no rhyme or reason to the moves, they aren't a good workout, and many times the guy (yes a man is the expert instructor)... Read more
