Even if you're on the right track you'll get run over if you just sit there.
I guess that means I have to get up and MOVE...(what my new tracker tells me when I've been sitting too long).
I walked my dog and went twice as far as normal. I think it's because I got more sleep this week-end and woke up less tired.

2. Spend time with grandchildren
