Brought to you by ...the Letter F
When I was little, I thought "brought to you by" (as announced on tv) was one word. I used to wonder how you spelled it. Ironic, as I am actually a very good speller. :)
Three things about me: I'm friendly, funny, fair.

Unsticking my Stuck
Yup. Had great success (lost 8 lbs) when doing my first week of BFC. Then I decided bread was more important, followed by chocolate, chocolate, and more.
Errrrrrrt. (insert sound of squealing brake).
U-turn. I am back on the program.... Read more
Stepping UP to the Plate
One day at a time. I am all too completely aware of my shortcomings. I could rattle off a dozen in 30 seconds. Rattling off a dozen things I like about myself is more of a challenge --- but here is something that I have just caught on to ---- it... Read more

Some huffing, less puffing

Seat belt tightening that is. It has been a long while since i had to re-cinch my belt so that it was tighter on top. My normal m.o. is for it to be very snug around my belly. What a great place to notice a difference. I am loving it.

Light as a Feather
I'm down to a weight that I think is lower than I have been in the last 4 years. Wow! That feels great. It could be in my head, but that mere statement makes me feel lighter and make me more easily able to move around. It could very well be wate... Read more
Song in my Soul

I opened my lunch bag for a mid morning snack. (Yes, to me it is mid morning.)
