Ugh, so much for my post-Thanksgiving goal!
So the plan was to be back to pre-Thanksgiving weight by today (Monday 11/30). Thanksgiving Am was ~ 143 lbs, today was 147.5 or around there....and 2.5 of those lbs were from a major binge last night!!!!
