2.7 miles in 27 minutes.
Continuous running. For 27 minutes. I thought it was amazing that I was able to do 20 minutes. But then today I added 7 more minutes. And, it seems, I'm well on my way to hitting my goal pace of 3 miles in 30 minutes.
