Getting organised / starting afresh - Day 4
Yippee, it seems to be working. Having my meals and snacks planned for the last few days has stopped me from picking extra things. I've had a couple of lovely new meals, low calorie, healthy and above all very tasty.

Keeping it short today, but has gone surprisingly well. Another 1 lb lost and even though today was just protein and vegetables, with a very low total calorie count I've not felt overly hungry at any point.
