Final Weigh In!
Today was the final weigh in and I lost almost another 3 pounds. With the gain I had last week, my total loss for the 12 weeks was 18.7 pounds or 12.5% of my weight...GONE! I also lost 4% body fat, so I will call it a success.

I had to do the alternative weigh in day today, because I was taking cheerleaders to a game last Thursday. Then I spent Friday and Saturday at a Wrestling Tournament with NO exercise and ALL fast food and hospitality rooms!

We had our second weigh in tonight, and I lost another 2.8 pounds. I'm feeling okay about that because I have felt "FAT" this week, and didn't think I'd lose any! So, a total of 10.8 pounds in two weeks. I'll take it.
