I weighed in about a month ago, i'm the heaviest i've been, ever. I had been carrying an extra 35 lbs, but now i bet i'm about 50 lbs overweight.

sleep or lack of
My new job starts MOnday :) i'm excited, i'm nervous and I haven't been sleeping.
Friday I got 4 hrs of sleep, saturday I got 3 hrs of sleep and Sunday I slept 4 hrs. Last night I finally got a full 5 hrs and that felt good.

Yesterday was a good day, I was at under 1500 calories tho, with the double workouts, Id like to aim more towards the 1600-1700 range.
I missed my morning snack, had a frozen dinner for lunch and that's where I lost my calories.
