187- After Metabolic Testing
I visited the RD on Friday for the metabolic test. I had to fast for 4 hours and do no exercise all day. I laid down and breathed into a tube for 10 minutes.

So lowering my fat intake , INCREASING my calories, and adding cardio got me over the hump. I am progressing now.

My doctor asked me to read Wheatbelly and watch Forks Over Knives. I'm glad I did. It reinforced my desire to cut out "white" carbs and just eat meat, fruits, and vegetables.
