First longish run since I got my jaw splint
I can tell I've eased off on the running a bit. I ran about 4.35 miles (my GPS said 1.24 miles after 5 minutes so I had to subtract some at the end to correct it). It took about 53 minutes putting me at around a 12 min mile.
