Jumping in head first today!
I'm feeling much more in the game today. I woke up and started a new class of reformer pilates today. It's an 8 week thing, kinda bummed it's only 30 min once a week. It was a good class. And 2 1/2 hours later my body is still all jello-y.

Today was more difficult
Today was the first day since restarting that I went over my calories. It was by less than 50 calories, though, so I'm not going to stress about it. And for all of the days that I was way UNDER my range, one day less than 50 over won't hurt me.
