Today I woke up feeling AWESOME! I did mesocycle 2 Disc 13- Chest, Shoulders & Triceps with the extended stretch... 80 minutes. I used 15's 20's 25's and 30's used a 70lb barbell for the bench press. My arms are on fire!! LOVED it! Read more
