Getting the blahs...
I've reached a kind of plateau where I just don't care about weight loss, and I'm telling myself that you're supposed to get a little fat on you when you age, and also have a strong desire to return to my Nebraska farm style way of eating. My mo... Read more
How to lose weight:

Big goals, or long term goals
Hmmmm.... having this new house was one of them, and now I realize I'm sort of spinning my wheels. Have had a couple of negative medical diagnoses, which are worrying me more than they should. Though I continue to exercise, worry about my health... Read more

Answering Coaching question
In today's coaching session, I was asked what differences SP has made in my life--what I could do now, etc.
My first thought was "not much," mainly because my over-achieving self thought I SHOULD be a fitness guru by now, at goal weight and... Read more
