Here’s an assessment of my January goals:
Stay within my calorie range 29 out of 31 days in January (all except New Years Day and my birthday -- 2 streaks of 14 and 15 days each): I achieved the first half of the goal, but everything fell ... Read more
Disappointed in Myself
This week, not so great in terms of meeting goals.
I had planned to go out on my birthday and not worry about calories, but unfortunately one day turned into 4. It was a very celebratory week, some of my dear friends had birthdays too and ... Read more
After the past week, it was good to have a quiet weekend. Other than going to my first painting class -- which was very interesting although we didn't touch paintbrush to canvas yet -- I pretty much rested. I think I was emotionally exhausted a... Read more
