got in a pretty okay workout today. i did three hours on the bike, the rest walking.
i also did my ab workout.
and i did my strength training that i wanted to do so i feel completely awesome.

not much to report. woke with a migraine and i took about 1000 mgs of pain reliever which didnt touch it.
i knocked an hour off my workout time which im not pleased about but i really didnt want to work out at all so thats good.
