Today is a really nice day, warm and sunny, high is suppose to be only 78....yahhooo
I was up early, 75 minutes on the treadmill, some steppers and and stretchy band exercise too....

Did 75 minutes on the treadmill, reading a good book and lost track of time.....

I had a good week, and planning another good week. I reached my goals and my reward was 10 dollars for a book....well on my nook I was able to get 3 books for under 10 dollars, so that was a big reward. and the next best part is I have more book... Read more
More rain today, but we sure need it...
