I went to the store today and got a lot of green leafy veggies and whole wheat pasta and breads.

Today is my 90th day on sparkpeople.
I've lost 30+ pounds. I'm very proud and please with myself. I now know I can and will do this. I have made some simple lifestyle changes and I will stick with them for the rest of my life.
