I am officially at 168.2...3 pounds from the lowest weight that I reached last summer. I can already tastes the 150's....

Why the hell did I gain 2 pounds this week? I didn't exercise this week but I only went over my calories 1 day. I'm going to blame it on hormones and move on. Next week will be better....
