Today we went to Grandfather's Mountain. We saw bears, eagles, cougars, deer and otters in their natural habitat. It was really a pretty nice zoo. Most of the animals had been injured and were there to save them.

Today we hiked 5 miles in the mountains. 1.5 miles downhill from Moses Cone's Manor to Bass Lake. 1 Mile around Bass Lake. 2.5 miles back to Moses Cone via a different route.
