I have had such an amazing summer. Tons of running, strength training, swimming and sun tanning, this Utah weather has been amazing this summer and I am finally feeling comfortable in a bathing suit.

So I made it to that all magical 2 year mark.
Supposedly when you make the 2 year mark of maintenance your chances of regaining the weight drop down to 50%, not great odds but much better than the 95% within the first year.
