Yoga Teacher Training Day 1
Saturday, September 8, 2012, my 200 hour yoga teacher training started. I'm in the weekend part-time class, and luckily this class is small - 7 people on/around similar age group, so that is very comforting.

I'm back, again, but this time for real!
I got laid-off from my work, and had my surgery a month ago. I'm actually feeling great about lay-off. I rested well, and have done a lot of thinking. I think I know my answer, but making 180 degree (or may be 90 degree) career change at my a... Read more
I had a feeling that my new job would break my "good" habit of "a yoga class per day", and it did. I just couldn't make it back on time for my class. And, this week was horrible. My boss told me to complete four client companies' year-end by ... Read more

Short but good conversation
I had such a good short conversation with my bootcamp/yoga instructor today. Started off with my job situation, I told her that I'm looking for a job that allows me to continue what I decided to continue - Yoga.

Looking back this week...

Low Fat...Think Again...
There are certain foods I never buy or use: margarine, salad dressing expires two years later, and low fat yogurt. There are more, but the bench mark I use is "whether it naturally occurs or not". Vegetable oil in normal temperature is in liqu... Read more
Double Yoga Day
I snoozed and turned off the alarm clock, and I missed the 6:00 am yoga class, but todayès is the Bikram day, so I wasn't feeling any guilty.
