What did you do for the past 5 hours?
I walked 17.5 miles! Today was my attempt to see how far I could walk on the treadmill. I ended up stopping at the 5 hour mark, which at 3.5 miles per hour, meant 17.5 total miles. That's 2/3 of a marathon!
