Very much recovered. Had 2nd check up with primary care physician. She is taking me off of the only blood pressure medication that I am still on. And she says I only have to test my blood sugar once a week!

The weight loss has slowed considerably but does continue. I believe this is due to my food choices, which are not good sometimes, even if I am still eating "toddler portions" as my daughter calls it.

I am sick. Not sick enough to go to a doctor, more flu-like than anything: congestion, stuffy/running nose, sore throat, headache. Enough to feel under the weather. Enough to feel like all I want to do right now is go home and take a nap.
