Had a bad cold for over 2 weeks , couldnt do the gym, had family from Ontario and lots of social eating was happening

Well January start was good. Stuck to plan being 70% good and 30% whatever lol.
Learning new habits including loving myself before anything else.

A new year 2016
The last year really was not a good year with my mom passing, a torn rotator cuff, falling off the fitness wagon.

Another month has gone by, how time flies
April saw a lot of success for me. I was happy that I did the BMO 8k run and jogged most of it. took less time than I thought it would.
Eating generally was good. The workouts was good.

New Year to restart
2012 was successful in so many ways but alas i slid back into bad eating and lazy days and hence weight gain.
I have decided i wil focus on eating healthy as much as i can.

Summer and August has been tough, had good positive things happen but at the same time camping and social outings have done me in and i went from 148 to 156 as of today so... i better get back to this to stop sliding backwards.

July was okay
saw a lot of bootcamp workouts, eating is a lot better, lost a lot of inches
August challenges, have a one week camping trip that will be a challenge to maintain or keep up the workouts

June was quite successful, i dropped 6 pounds and saw 150! finally, it sure has been slow
but with the workout studio and eating plan it has been good. Not saying i am 100% good but 75% is okay.
