Today, I have started to run only 7K, but somehow I was in a good mood and good energy level, and I ran 14K. It didn't feel difficult at all, but on the last few kms I paid attention to step softly on my knees.

It's still funny for me that I had been a tourist in Budapest from Thursday to Sunday, and now I arrived home to Gleisdorf. It used to be the other way around. :-)
In the morning, I made a big walk in Budapest with my friends. This is the s... Read more

Or healthy lifestyle in general.
I see myself only doing small things, just ... Read more
Tonight I practiced the "Best place for exercise - anywhere" habit I learned recently. A friend of mine was about driving me home, but I decided to walk home instead. It was 50 min walk, which was very nice, and was a good fit in my daily dose ... Read more
I ran today with a very good friend, who also run a marathon recently. We ran on the track around the Margit-Island in Budapest (Hungary). We ran without music, as he thinks it's easier to keep his own pace, and not to take the pace from the mus... Read more

My exercise today was minimum, only a 2km - 25 min walk.
I notice that when I do a long run of 7-10K, somehow the next day running doesn't happen.

Today, I slept 8h at night, and another 1h30 in the afternoon on the train. It's funny there is a direct train connection between Budapest and Gleisdorf, only 4h40min. I love traveling by train. Hopefully my Ghrelin levels wi... Read more
Last week was quite difficult with all the travel and eating out that goes with it.

We started to run directly to the Margarit Island (3300 m), then went a full circle on the running track around the island (5300 m), and a bit more, and took tra... Read more
I lost track of how many yogurt, ice cream, cheese and other fruit based dairy products I have tasted on this conference today. Maybe 1200 kcal, or 1500 kcal? All I know that I probably underestimated.
But, somehow it's so much fun to taste pr... Read more
So here I am in Budapest.
My home town.
I grew up here, and lived here until I was 26. It's hard to see it was 8 years ago, because it feels like yesterday.
A week of conference for my job, so now I sleep in a hotel, instead crashing at my... Read more
