I'm going to try this again. I got on the scale yesterday and the number had climbed to 216. My back hurts nearly all the time now because of my weight and instead of trying to lose, I've been taking too many pain pills.

Despite going out to eat today, I stayed within my calories for the day. I didn't do my goal of 30 minutes of exercise, but I did walk a mile when I could. Tomorrow I'll reach my goal and try to do more than 30 in order to even it out. Read more
