just some notes to myself since i have not blogged for a while. i am doing the best life diet i really need to bucket down. tell mr. ee to get lost. the same goes to the wicked voices of over eating. it is suggested that to have a cut off time for eating. six foods to cut out of my eating plan. 1. alcohol: ((not a problem not a drinker.)) 2. soda pop: rarely drink it. 3. avoid food with trans fats: trying this already. 4. fried foods: omg i like fried chicken every now and then. have to work on this more. i do not eat any other fried foods 5. avoid white bread products example bread, white rice, pasta. high fat milk and yogurt. done. 488 now what is required: stop eating at least two hours before bed now that is a challenge. will work on it. 20 exercise:i want to(probably need to kick it up a notch or two). now i use aerobics, biking, palates and strength training. i try to rotate days for each exercise. i really do not enjoy strength training. (weak arms) so i have to build on what i have been attempting to do. i have a goal of 150 hours a week of exercising building toward 250 ambitious probably but this is something to build toward. 23. weighing and measuring 7. i am working with two programs beck and best life. now bob says weight once then weight no more until phase 2. now i know me.. i slip up sometimes. i do not want to fool myself instead i want to face the music. i do go off the deep end if the scale say more. weight ranges vary throughout the day. i am not a scale junkie. so i will so i will measure/weigh weekly. stay hydrated: well i have to work on this also. bob suggested drinking 6 glasses. now i can live with this. mrs honey will have something to say about this. building, building, building. photos-ak.sparkpeople.com/1/8/b188682280.jpg" class="box1_thumb">
