Goals half met for today. I switched up my run for tomorrow's run since I overslept. So, I did 30 minutes of intervals today. Still did 30 minutes tonight though. Food was okay.

I got my federal tax return today, yay!! So, I registered for both the Boilermaker 15K in July and the Binghamton Bridge Run Half marathon in May. WOOT!! I can't wait, both races are a blast.
