couch to 10k, week one completed
I'm happy to report that I was able to complete week one with no pain in my legs whatsoever. But, I realized that my cardio has suffured from the month break from running. I got winded doing the minute or running required and that sucks!

Today, I started running again after a month's break to let my legs heal.
I'm good, I decided to be kind to my body and start slow in order not to overtrain again and get injured. So, I took my couch to 10k plan out and started there.

Today is a very sad day. My loyal buddy died and I'm devastated. I knew it was coming, after all at 13 and a half years old, she was very old for a big dog.
