I didn't lose any more weight this week, but I didn't gain any either. Given how crazy everything was, I'm going to call that a win.
Starting to see results! Eating quite a bit better, and finally starting to get more exercise in. And, I lost 2.5 lbs this week! Which puts me at -3lbs from where I started.
Finally starting to really make some progress! Been eating a lot better, and fitting in more exercise. Still not where I want to be on the exercise, and I still haven't managed to go for a second run (but I will!), but much improved.
