So yesterday, overall, wasn't horrible. I ate, but I don't feel like I pigged-out. I know that a lot of what I did eat was fairly high-calorie/high-fat, but I didn't go overboard and stuff myself. My husband even brought home potato chips and... Read more
Yesterday wasn't too bad. I definitely didn't overeat - no stuffing myself until I was sick. Only problem is all of the matzah for passover. Its just so handy to eat but so, so bad for you!

I didn't go to Curves this morning or to the gym at lunch: I was up half of the night coughing and barely got out of bed in the morning.
But tomorrow is the day: back to Curves in the am and back to the gym in the pm!

I didn't have breakfast or lunch, because I honestly wasn't hungry. So I feel okay about that, even though I know that breakfast is important. I did have some tea.
