Day 3 -- Blood Sugar Down this Morning!!!!
It's hard to believe, but after only two days faithfully following this program, my blood sugar is down 30 POINTS!!!! Is this a fluke, or will it continue? I haven't weighed myself yet, waiting for Day 7, but already I'm feeling so much better.
