running on hold
Well, as much as I enjoyed running, it definately hurt me. I think I did too much, too fast & ended up w/ a stress fracture. So, the race is on hold for now. In the meanwhile, I'm doing some gentler exercises: Wii & yoga!

Again, I was happily surprised at my weight loss (1.8 lbs). Even though it's coming off slowly, I'm glad it's coming off. Like I said before, I'm not giving up. Christ provides eternal hope!

Keeping on track with food continues to be a struggle for me. It's getting better...just very slowly! I try to track everything that I eat (even when I know I've gone overboard). "They" say this works. I'm going to keep at it!
