Goodbye 50's....hello 60's!

But I'd be lying if I sai... Read more

Disappointing but I guess ok.
I met with my pt yesterday for new sets and had told him I wanted to do my BMI again.
Haven't done it in a while and the tool they use at gym is a hand held one. He cautioned that it mightnot be that accurate for me.
But I still was curious.... Read more
Third Day of boot camp

First day of boot camp and I loved it. In a sick sort of way. I didn't know what to expect but since I have been watching the trainer who was going to run it, I kind of got the feeling it would be intense.

Back to spinning and oh what a high.
I purposely took about three months off from spin class just to mix things up. I've done other cardio, mostly pylometrics, jumproping etc and it's all good. But I was so looking forward to getting back to spin.
At first, I hoped I remembered ... Read more
