I have magic mirrors in my house. I can fool myself into thinking that 238 pounds on a 5'4" frame is not obese. Then I see myself in a picture or full length mirror... "Is that me?" I'm like the teapot... short & stout.

I found a Summer Dance workout on YouTube this morning. They were dancing on a beach! I let my imagination take me there with them. It made exercising pleasurable.
