change in workout routine
Echelle suggested increasing weights and reducing sets from 4 to 2...so I did...increased weights by 5 pounds and decreased to 2 sets...feel exhausted today! Can't wait to see/feel results!... Read more

No real news here...still plugging along with some knee discomfort. Think I'll switch it up and swim for a while, for exercise, to give the knee a break from the jarring...although far less on the elliptical, there still is some.
