What a great weekend
The weather has been stellar!
I've gotten out to hike or run each day.
Had a wonderful lunch out with my husband and son today,
Just tracked all my food for the day, and met all my goals with 9 calories to spare!!

Fabulous Saturday...so far

Another banner day!
I've been doing the training regimen for the 5K YourWay challenge, for about 4 weeks now. I actually just added it to my usual running and workout schedule, but it's been helpful.

Since joining SparkPeople I've lost over 25 lbs and my BMI went from 33.9 to 29.2!
