Fasting is not recommended for the purpose of losing weight, and that's not why I do it. In fact, I find that it's very difficult to do, UNLESS I'm doing it for the purpose of prayer.

Holy Week is coming!
Ahhhh!!! Such wonderful warm temps today! In fact, because it was warm enough for the furnace to NOT come on this morning, we were all able to sleep in (til 8 am), which was much-needed. Sleep is so, so important.
