Lost a little - more room to "wiggle"!
I weighed this morning and I actually lost 1.4 lbs. I didn't think I would gain, but I thought I would pretty much stay the same. I'm thrilled with the loss and am now 1.8 lbs. below my goal weight, so I have a little more room to wiggle!

Too much sugar!
I've been eating "low carb" for about 6 weeks now, and worked back in 1 grain & 1 fruit serving a day about 2 weeks ago. I haven't had any "sweets" except for sugar free pudding/jello in over 6 weeks.

Too much grass!!
