Good Weigh-In and Challenges
I'm pleased with my weigh in this week, especially after the 2 lb. gain overnight on Sunday!

Week 2 of Meal Replacement Shakes
Week 2 went pretty well. I lost .8 lb. I was hoping for at least 1 lb, but I'll still take it! I also lost an additional 3 inches, so in 2 weeks it's 5.8 lbs. and 7 inches. Not bad!
