Decided to be on track today.
I woke up hurting. Mentally and physically. I had not eaten as well as I could the past two days, I did not drink as much water as I usually do(at least 9 glasses a day), and I was too tired. Did not exercise as usual. Didn't sleep well.

I am proud of ME!
I weighed in at 196.9 today. This is 17.1 pounds less than when I started SP on October 1, 2011. That is 3.42 pounds a month, averaged. My goal weight is 140.2. That leaves me 56.7 pounds to go. Comes to 16.57 months. I think that is reasonable... Read more
