I weighed in at 196.9 today. This is 17.1 pounds less than when I started SP on October 1, 2011. That is 3.42 pounds a month, averaged. My goal weight is 140.2. That leaves me 56.7 pounds to go. Comes to 16.57 months. I think that is reasonable... Read more

It has been a nice day. I was up early, and all bed linens are changed, had three decent meals. I went over my calories by about 200 today, but it was OK. I was under a few days this week, so it balances out.
