Got it done!
Well, after signing off from my Spark friends, I started the responsible thing and made menus followed by a grocery list. I even checked the menu for tonight's dinner. Good thing I did too! I needed to pull some meat out of the freezer!

I started again today with no Diet Pepsi. I have made progress in reducing the amount of DP I drink. Yesterday, I had one can. Compared to a "normal" Sunday of one liter of DP plus three or more cans, I'd say I've done all right!
