Still losing weight...but I feel terrible!
First of all, I wanted to say that I had a great dinner at PF Chang's - and stayed within my calorie range! I didn't end up eating dessert, but I had a glass of red wine before dinner, and I ate 2/3 of the noodles instead of 1/2.
